We take safety protocols very seriously. All of our employees and subcontractors in Brooks are well trained in the tasks they perform. We conduct regular task/hazard assessments where employees give their inputs and host daily pre-job meetings, safety meetings and policy implementation discussions with the team. Chance Oilfield Maintenance Ltd has a full COR (certificate of recognition) safety program that is closely monitored by our safety administrator and is embraced by everyone - right from the top levels of the company to the day-to-day contractors and labourers.

Our goal is to provide a work environment that is incident-free. All safety hazards found during a job are duly reported and corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner. These hazard controls are then shared with the company. Our company constantly updates training modules after investigating the root cause of any safety hazards encountered during the job. We ensure that all of our practices are up-to-date so that any similar incidents are prevented from happening again.
